Deborah French, “Debbie,” has been a part of the Frazine clinical practices since 2017 including Advanced Internal Medicine, Frazine Medical Weight Loss, and now Frazine Body Sculpting. She has been practicing as a physician assistant for 18 years and has experience in Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health, and Internal Medicine. She also has formal training in surgery, colposcopies, ultrasound, laser hair removal, laser vein removal, and Botox injections. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 1998 in Clinical Laboratory Science with a focus on Reproductive Medicine. After working in an infertility lab for several years, she returned to the University of Kentucky to obtain her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2003. After graduation, she continued to be a part of the University of Kentucky’s Physician Assistant program by serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board, giving clinical lectures, and was honored as a top 40 alumni at the College of Health Sciences 40 Year Gala.
Through the several years of working with patients, she has discovered a passion for optimizing general wellness throughout the aging process. She particularly has a passion for improving the health and general well-being for perimenopausal and menopausal women. She has recognized the lack of focus on these women to feel their best throughout these years. Her goal is to optimize their mental, physical and sexual well being. She is currently finishing a post graduate certificate from the University of Michigan in Sexual Health where she hopes to utilize her knowledge and skills at a future wellness clinic that is still in the planning stages.
